MasterF
Hi guys, I'm playing a game with Steaua Bucharest, trying to bring the club back its former glory (we're the 1986 ECC winners). Last season, I totally dominated my league and got as far as the quarter finals of ECC defeating Barcelona in the first knock-out round. This season, the club's president announced they set up a link with F.C. Sevilla and it seems they're the parent and I'm the feeder. This really doesn't make sense for me, I asked the board to find a feeder for me... not a parent. I've tried cancelling the link but I can't... the contract prevents me from doing so for a full year. I mean no offense to Sevilla, they're a good team and pretty strong financially, but I'm outraged by this deal. I can't find an option to cancel this, even if it means paying fines and having the board mad at me. If they've asked me first I would have said a definite "NO". El Presidente
To be honest things like this should happen more often as they do in the real World. As usual though you cannot cancel the link for a season. Shouldn't make any difference to you though as Sevilla pay you money for the privilage and you can just refuse to deal with them. Weden
What the board wants always trumps what the manager wants. Tough luck
Ryknow
I wish I could get a parent club. Celtic have Chelsea and get great youngsters on loan per season for free, plus the yearly fee. I wouldn't be so quick to complain as it would be damn handy to have. You had one good run in Europe? And dominating that league won't mean anything.
