I am managing Farul Constanta in the Romanian Superliga. My second team, Farul Constanta II is not playing in any competitions, the only way they play any matches is if I arrange friendlies for them (for some reason, their head coach isn't doing that even if I assigned him that responsibility). I checked the situation in real life and it seems the second team was disbanded; also a lot of second teams for Romanian top flight clubs no longer play in the third division like they did last season. Is there any way I can register my second team for some kind of official competition? It seems like I can't really use my second team for young player development, just to get match sharpness for some players.

I see in the individual training screen there is a coach that provides a training report and gives suggestions. You can select which coach it is, but by default it seems to be the one providing the general player reports (in my save, I hired a coach with very high judging ability and potential for this). What are the necessary attributes for a coach to provide good training feed-back? Is is still JPA and JPP or something else?

I remember last year you could choose to get the staff feed-back in your inbox as opposed to attending the staff meeting. However, I don't see how I can do that in FM23? Is there an option that I'm just not seeing? Or did they remove this feature? I'm not a fan of staff meetings, seems like it just wastes more time.
