My team always severely under perform when I use it, which stops me from using it. Makes the feature a bit pointless except to skip through friendlies and meaningless cup games. jayahr Posted November 7, 2012 Share Posted November 7, 2012 I would also be interested in an answer to this one On FM12 the assman always changed my tactic immediately when for some reason I got disconnected from my network game during matches. I would hope that my instructions are much more adhered to on FM13 and FMC13 (which would then also mean that the assman quality would not matter as much). TacticalGenius Posted November 7, 2012 Share Posted November 7, 2012 I gave this feature a trial in the full game, and found results improved when I changed from an Assistant with 1 for Tactical Knowledge to another with 10 Tactical Knowledge. It wasn't a clinical trial, merely an observation, so could have just been coincidence, though a change from 1 TK to 10 TK is rather extreme and one I'd hope would make a noticeable difference anyway.
