If he doesn't turn up for training and you have the cheek to warn/fine him then expect the toys out of the pram and subsequent 'looking disinterested/compacent' performances. Played like a dog, conceded a stack of soft goals, then told me he was upset about living in England so I let him go back to Uruguay for three weeks. When he came back I gave him a couple more chances, but he was still rubbish so Lee Camp kept him out of the team. Just sold him on to NAC for 250,000. Awful, awful signing.
