Barbaruzi
Hi everybody, Think this is my first post, but have been browsing the forums for a while. There is a thing that i've been thinking about in the new FM 2011 As the headline says, has anyone been seeing results by using the Individual Training Focus. I haven't been seeing any big results but it would be nice to know if anyone else has had good results.
mangelito
Yes. I have my centerbacks on a schedule that doesn't include any shooting training at all. Therefore their composure dropped. I countered this by putting them on individual composure training, and over half a season the attribute have gone up by 2.
TimTaine
I have noticed slight results from it, much more though when I use it to increase attributes that have recently dropped back up.
silten
It depends on your expectations. Typically I find that a youngster with an individual focus will see that stat increase by 2-3 more than the other stats within that training area over the course of his development. Most of this gain seem to come in one season and then flatten off. For this reason, I tend to review any individual focus instruction each year and either cancel or switch them. cruyff14
I have noticed some effects. especially when my strikers are misfiring I tend to make them focus on their finishing or composure and they more often than not begin scoring again.
sjm
Yes, and the effect is quite pronounced if you use it on youngsters with room to develop.
