I can play 26 leagues on a core 2 duo 2.33ghz and 4gb ram. I'm using windows7 32bit so only about 3.3gb ram is actually available so you should be able to run a lot more with your setup. It was Ter I think(?) that mentioned on another post (cant remember where or I'd link to it) that no matter how much ram you have fm can only use 2gb.
