matt4ani
Just wondered, I got a message about my club losing 40k in the last financial year and something about an AGM meeting. Does this mean my club is a PLC?

SCIAG
Isnt it when shareholders divident payout etc. is paid.. then they must be a PLC surely... We're not a PLC Eric (just saw your location- yet another Reading fan!), and we always have to pay dividends. Same with Villa. So, those who retain their shares from before Madejski's take over take £16m out of the club every year, do they?
