K league foreign player rule changed (2023-)

When some things are announced close to the release time of the game, we are sometimes unable to include them due to deadlines and the risk of knock-ons. Every change needs to be thoroughly tested by our team.

Both these raised are things being investigated by the team and if possible we hope to introduce in a future update.
