Adam Dunbar Posted June 9, 2010 Share Posted June 9, 2010 Hi I noticed thsi Hydro specific thread so put my question in here, hope thats ok Sorry I have no luck with skin installation - could I please tell you what I did to see if Ive done something silly Thanks for your time - Dowloaded 7 zip and installed - Downloaded Hydro skin - Created an easy to access folder on desktop and put skin file in it - Then I extracted the file by RC on skin / 7 zip / Extract here. This created another folder inside my created desktop folder, with the newly extracted file in it. - I then dragged the new extracted file into skins in my UDF (users / username / documents / Sports Interactive / FM2010 / skins) Hope Ive explained it well enough but what Ive got is: skins / hydro (graphic like a pile of books) / then it goes into Win RARE with a yellow folder not named at the top with 2 dots after it and underneath a "hydro" folder. Then when I double click that then it goes into hydro.xml, so basically I have: skins / hydro file / into WinRARE with 2 folders as above / hydro.xml and others How can I swap these around so as to be correct ? - cos some of them are in WinRARE I tried to print screen to show you exactly what it looks like when it goes to WinRARE but it wouldnt paste into here Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
Hidalgo Posted June 10, 2010 Author Share Posted June 10, 2010 1. Download Hydro [Double Packed] 2. Extract it in WinRaR. 3. Open "Double Packed" folder 4. Now extract "Hydro.rar" 5. Paste folder "Hydro" to: My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2010/skins 6. In preferences set: TICK "Always preload" and UNTICK "Use skin cache" 7.
