James_Fraser
Do you need to be connected to save or does the game save to the hard drive and auto save to the cloud when it gets a connection?
Administrators Lucas Posted April 19, 2016 Administrators Share Posted April 19, 2016 The methods are slightly different between PC and Tablet. Where are you uploading from, and uploading to? What are you speaking of specifically?
James_Fraser
I would probably be starting from pc. It would be when I leave the home. Does it save to the tablets hard drive while you're out and then save to the cloud when it gets a wifi connection?
aaron1606
On PC: You save your game to the 'Cloud' folder, then when you quit FM, Steam will upload your save game to the cloud - so you need to be online when quitting FM. Steam will download saves from the cloud when you start FM (sometimes you may need to quit and start FM again to trigger it) so they can be loaded from the 'Cloud' folder. On Tablet: All saves are stored in the same place. The game has a "Cross-Save" option on the Start Screen, which you use to upload/download your saves to and from the cloud as you please. James_Fraser
Where is the default cloud folder?
aaron1606
The save/load game windows in FM allow you to choose the Cloud location.
