bunnybbb Posted March 7, 2016 Share Posted March 7, 2016 When the file name is 12345.PNG, the face image cannot be loaded. When I changed it to 12345.png, the face image appear. It only happens in one of my pc, but my another computer showed the image no matter it is .png or .PNG. Is there anyway to fix it? Because I do not want to change the file extension one by one. michaeltmurrayuk Posted March 10, 2016 Share Posted March 10, 2016 What OS are your computers using? the game hasn't read .PNG files for a few years for most people, so it could be the OS (or a Windows Update) that causes the game to be unable to read .PNG files.
