At 100% scouting there are no black dots on certain players yet on some the black dots remain. Are you supposed to still scout the player after 100% to reveal these stars or is it a gamble once or if you decide to sign the player. Is there any other way of finding out if the black dots will turn to gold or not before you purchase the player Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

At this point he is of an age where a scout/coach is confident in giving a more certain view of the player's potential.
