gunner86
I had a very odd occurrence while playing last night. I signed a player from another team, and as part of it, there was a clause to arrange a friendly. Now this is all very normal, except when it came to the close season, I had 2 friendly proposals from the same team at the same time, for friendlies, on separate dates, both of which had to be accepted, both stating it was because I signed the one player. Now I have to play the team twice in 4 or 5 days with no option of cancelling either friendly. Anyone else had this? Also, I'm not sure whether it matters, but I'm using a custom database. XaW
Seems like a bug to me. If might be that the game only see the friendly match part of the deal as done when the match is scheduled and if the second arrangement was "initiated" before the first was finalized, I guess this can happen. You should probably report it in the bugs section of the forum. Unless of course you have bought another player from them as well and it also included a friendly deal? gunner86
No, both of them were for Will Hughes, and I only signed him once
Nobby_McDonald
Is it also an affiliate club with a friendly as part of the agreement?
gunner86
No, I don't have any affiliate clubs. And on the news article it says, "must be accepted as part of the transfer deal to bring Will Hughes to the club", on both invites.
