EG I'm sure Brendan Rogers has stated that Kolo Toure brings a lot of experience and enthusiasm to the club/squad. In FM, what effect, if any would you get, if you signed a similar kind of player? He might, like Toure, only play a dozen times a season but will his 'enthusiasm' and experience have an impact? Over and above tutoring a single player.
