forameuss Posted April 25, 2014 Share Posted April 25, 2014 The "Realistic Transfers" function for Staff seems a bit iffy. Or maybe it's working as intended, but not how I expect it to. With players, the ones that appear after that filter are definitely gettable. With staff, the vast majority of the really good staff at the top of the list want wages that you simply cannot afford. It's often difficult to find one who you can afford. The job advert option is the much better one in the end, but I do like hand-picking staff. I play FMC so I don't know about the problem with wages; I think that with international teams it's handled automatic. Anyway with most positions like coach or physioterapist no one reply to the advert. Only the 'Allenatore in seconda' advert of the former team get replies.
