I am using Tug's training schedule for my first and second team, i have seven star coaching with top training facilities. I have two coaches for each training division eg, fitness, attacking, defending, etc. Some of my young and older players, (age 28 or 29) are decreasing their attributes drastically and cannot understand why? They have not had any injurys and are playing regularly (at least once a week). It cannot be because they have reached their peak, cause this has happened to Rooney & Ronaldo while they are only 23/22. Please someone tell me what i might be doing wrong? For example I had a coach with 16 in Tactical Coaching, and when I assigned him to Tactical, I got 5 stars there. ham_aka_stam Posted March 3, 2009 Share Posted March 3, 2009 These are all wrong now, the star system has changed for 9.3 so that they truly reflect the abilities of the coach (ie what they're meant to do) The old stars just told you how many thy could coach at a light workload.
