andylincoln
what league are you playing in... i only play llm, i always look at my other coaches and work round it. i suppose the most things i look at is attacking, defending, motivation and tactical knowldege. thats me, other people probably differ. andy
Smac
Many people also like having high judging ability and judging potential for the AssMan.
Zoulpain
Mental attributes is most impotent, i leave coaching to coaches. 1. Motivating ( So you can send him on press conferences ) 2. Determination ( So he will do a good job ) 3. Judging Player Potential ( For more accurate coach report ) 4. Tactical Knowledge ( Could be obvious ) 5. Working with Youngsters They all could be over 10, if you can get an assist who has 15 and over on those attributes.
Ryknow
As mentioned above thats what I look for, but in the end even a Assman with those stats still suck.
oranjeman
Pat Rice at Arsenal and Valdir de Moraes at Palmeiras are the best 2 in the game and the latter is considerably better than rice but use them as a benchmark
pyewackett
Mental attributes is most impotent, i leave coaching to coaches.1. Motivating ( So you can send him on press conferences ) - I agree 2. Determination ( So he will do a good job ) - Never knew that. Not taking much notice myself. 3. Judging Player Potential ( For more accurate coach report ) - -Certainly agree, a must have in my opinion. 4. Tactical Knowledge ( Could be obvious ) -He is the assistant this is a must. 5. Working with Youngsters -Yeah I agree too, though in my opinion I ignore this I randomly internevene with reserve matches pick the team to play as the assistant manager seems to play all the wrong players. But hey ho. They all could be over 10, if you can get an assist who has 15 and over on those attributes. This is my own preference never sign an assistant manager who's stats are much better than yours. They are important they help, to get the most out of the game (Which I am still working out, mind you) its your opinion that counts.
