reflection22 Posted December 19, 2008 Share Posted December 19, 2008 Fair enough if it changes to a Saturday, but surely it shouldn't be played the day before the last games in the Premier League fixture list? This means that if a Premier League club makes the final (which happens pretty much every year in my game), then that team has to play their last league game on the Tuesday, when everyone else has already played 38 games. elgreenio Posted December 19, 2008 Share Posted December 19, 2008 dont know why theyve done that, this year is a funny one for fixtures because the premier league has never finished so late in May, and the champs league final should be being played on the 27th, dont know why its been changed for the 2nd year. That's my point, they would do in real-life but don't in the game. Every single season I've played, the final day of PL fixtures has been ruined by the Champions League final. There is never a full set of league fixtures on the final day, one of the big four always plays their last game 2 days after everyone else due to being in the Champions League Final. Pretty annoying.
