CaptainPlanet Posted December 5, 2008 Share Posted December 5, 2008 If you go to the team talk feedback section under assistant, you can see what the squad harmony is like. There's also now some comments about it in the confidence section. To increase squad harmony, I would recommend winning some games, playing a settled starting 11, praise the players when they do well and don't be too hard on the squad in press conferences and team talks.
