Why is this happening ??

If i run task manager then click process tab fm.exe is taking up 35,000 mem usage but after about 5mins its taking 297,000 mem usage making it sooooo slow??

Obviously when its not idling, its using a lot of your processing power. What are your computer specs? Are they the bare minimum? If so, that could be your issue.

I guess that it is the actual save game, those can be quite big after a while. You can try to set the priority to a higher level via the task manager.

Done that Micado thanks anyway and i have 1gb so that ino isn't that good but it jumps up mem usage so high

1GB of ram is your problem, tbh. I've got 4 GB, and it runs perfectly fine.

Really, that is double the minimum though. Obviously having more would be better but that should be enough to run a few leagues I would have thought.

297,000 ram = 0.3 gb

I expect your operating system is using a fair bit. You need to upgrade to 2 gb Ram minimum. You will see a big difference
