Player stats in the demo.

I can't help but being disappointed with the stats of some of the players - up-to-date player stats and potential was something which I had been looking forward to the most with the new game.

And it's not just the small clubs, even at the big clubs.

Take Manchester United, the Brazilian twins Fabio and Rafael are just as poor as in FM08, and their potential is staggering low compared to some of the other players in the game.

Everyone who has been following football the last 3-4 months would know who Rafael Da Silva is - where as he's just another nobody in the game.

The same goes for Possebon.

Many of the players' stats in the game are almost exactly the same as in FM08 which is very disappointing, as it's the stats that make the game in my opinion.

Even the most obvious changes have been left un-changed, such as new positions. Some players are still only listed as right wingers even though they spent most of last season on the left - and that's something which would have been easy to change.

It just seems like you haven't really prioritized the database.

Is the full version going to be different stats-wise?

i wouldnt think the stats would be different in the full verison.

They will be exactly the same. The demo is made from the master copy.

The data lock was ages ago as well, there's been months to update it before then from FM08.

Last year the stats on the demo were massively different to those on the real thing.

They were much lower (unrealistically low) in general if I remember rightly.
