adamjdyer
and I'm not happy about the game becoming 3-D. If I wanted a 3-D game I would have purchased games like fifa....it's for this very reason why I DON'T buy those games. Sports Interactive are sell-outs! I own every version of the game since the original , and I am really disappointed that this is now in the game. In the video Miles Jacobson says about how they listen to the 'legions' of the fans on the forum,.....well he obviously doesn't because all I've noticed recently on this forums is about how people don't want the 3-D. I understand there may be an option to switch-off the 3-D style but it still doesn't change the fact that I feel that football Manager is no longer what it was.... I'm hoping that there is another BIG feature in the new version to make up for it!
Desmo16
It has to become 3D eventually
backpackant
3D will show no more details than the 2D screen. But if it's done right I can't see it'll harm the game. But the people who want to "see skills" and "analyse movement" and "see penalty decisions" will be sorely disappointed.
DietSpam
Well, i never thought i would buy it if it was 3d. I had the Fifa 3D stuck in my head. But that blew me away. I am eating my humble pie now, SI. You really have pulled a cracker out of the bag here. Roll on the Second part and i can't wait for the demo! Cleon
1 thread is enough about this, and there is already one further down.
SI Staff Marc Duffy Posted September 3, 2008 SI Staff Share Posted September 3, 2008 The thing is, you can just play 2D still if you like. It's like when we introduced 2D and people just wanted commentary. We're catering for all tastes
