That actually happened to me - well, my opposition anyway.

Bolton goalkeeper gave away a penalty for tripping up my player - getting himself sent off for a professional foul. ^_^

I'm in 2022 on my game and can't remember a handball, goalkeeper red card or goalkeeper giving away a penalty.

Similarly goalkeeper injuries are ridiculously rare. I've been Hull manager for eight years and have used two goalkeepers in all that time!

Goalkeeper injuries in real life are rare as well! If you look at the likes of David James, Pepe Reina, Van Der Sar etc etc they are hardly ever injured.
