Its only basic as i have just thought of it but what if upon joining a club, you were called into the boardroom to discuss the 'philosophy' of the club. There would be 3 different philosophies which are ; concentrate on youth- as a result you would get a low transfer/wage budget but the board will have less short term expectations of results ( so instead of promotion they might expect a midtable finish). They would also be more sympathetic when you ask for facility upgrades and more coaches. Instant effect- You would get a large transfer/wage budget but heavy expectations to get results. The board would also be sympathetic to wage and transfer budget requests, as well as stadium expansions but would be less sympathetic to facilities and coaches. balanced- a philosophy with no real bias towards any direction. what do ya think?
