simon27686
Obviously as players progress, their ratings increase/decrease. Can this also happen with coaches?
Mattyboy89
Yes it can. But it isn't as noticeable.
Coentrao
I've seen some big developments with coaches and with scouts too specially regens. Though you can't know their CA and PA (without using a third party tool i suppose) i like to look for staff with high determination and good personalities (professional, resolute, etc) they seem more likely to develop just like players. milnerpoint
Staff definitely improve and the change can be very noticeable.
simon27686
Thanks for that, obviously players have the red & green arrows and i've never seen anything for backroom staff to see if there is any change in stats
milnerpoint
nah you wont get anything like that with staff, but they definitely improve, if you keep an eye on key stats for the role they are in you will see a change, especially with ex-players and new regen coaches getting their first coaching jobs. Coentrao
Keep also in mind that only the coaching attributes seem to improve, the mental ones stay the same or decline. So i normally look for coaches with high determination, level of discipline and motivating even if the coaching attributes are somewhat low.
