Advice please.

Looking to hire staff.

What is more important, the staff's reputation or their actual attribute ratings?

ie. is an obsure physio with a 20 rating better than a world class one with 13?

Neither - giving the players matches is the most important.

Reputation means nothing though.

The second half makes sense. Reputation means nothing.

Get your physio with 20 physiotherapy.

i'll try to ignore the reputation field, but i cant help wondering why its there in the game if its irrelevant.

i suppose people always say reputation counts for nothing. I'll just go for ratings now. (prob save me money too!)

The reputation of your staff is part of the whole club's reputation, which in turn is important to media handling, team talks, signing players and the general economy of your club.

It is important.

Just not to the quality of their training sessions. Most good coaches have high reputation, though.
