Rogson
Any pointers? Looked at the other ones suggested such as Neri but I am too low a reputation for anyone like that to come. Currently got Hugh McAuley with Colchester. but he always seems to be negative in press conferences.
Sheffield Sunday
Second season in I managed to get Martin O'Connor (Former Walsall Assistant Manager) to join my Northampton team for free. He's got some good attributes for an Assistant and was by far and away an improvement on what I had. I suppose it depends on what you are after though. I always look for Level of Discipline, Tactical Knoweldge, Man Management, Judging Players Ability, in an ass man.
dieu
I would try to getTerry McDermott at Hartlepool. I think you should be able to get him since it's the same league. Never tried to get him myself, since I usualy choose to manage Hartlepool myself if I manage in League 1. He's a great assistant though.
