The only advice I can give is not to expect the big things straight away. Your not going to take over a club and immediately get a request for a new stadium accepted. Your reputation may also play a part in how much your board will listen to you. Also obviously your length of time at the club and how highly they think of you will play a part. I manage Man Utd and usually start off by asking for % of transfer revenue increasing and training facilities upgrading. Then feeder clubs. I usually get what I want but its a big club with the money to do it. It may be a lot harder for smaller teams with not so much money. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
