JJamez
hi guys, i was wondering why on my save it is that everytime a manager gets sacked that it goes to someone else who has recently been sacked, yet i have guided fleetwood town to lg1 yet get overlooked as showing signs of desperation. btw i feel i have guided fleetwood as far as they are going to go, the board will not upgrade anything.. Geronimo360
What sort of clubs are you applying to join? Maybe a League 1 or 2 club but with potential would be the best bet in going forwards in the long run?

jackripper
i got offered the charlton job but they offered half i was currently on .. to be honest i dont really bother what im offered. If they offered me a £1 a year id probably take it as long as it was a step up.
Robert the Spud
The reason is because this aspect of the game is broken.
Nobby_McDonald
Not necessarily. If you are on a lucrative or long term contract at Fleetwood, it will be much cheaper for a club to employ an unemployed manager as they would not have to pay any compensation. In the Charlton example, it's clear they have financial issues if they are offering you a low wage and no transfer funds.
