Proto Tarkula
How can I fix that? I am playing on 11.2.1.
La Furia Roja
hmm, its tough cause you are using a '3rd party' database. Alot of people have various issues and its usually due to something in the data base that conflicts with how the game reads it. Did you make the DB yourself? If not id contact the person who did as he may have a solution.
Proto Tarkula
No, it's the English database available in the Editor forum. Thank you for your advice.
Nezza
I had the same problem in season 1, but got promoted and it went away for season 2. No idea what caused it but I spent 3 or 4 game months facing news reports of my imminent sacking (which obviously never came)
Proto Tarkula
Thank you. I'll keep playing and hope they won't fire me. To be fair I was thinking about FMRTE... Like setting myself as a favourite person of the chairman for instance or something like that until this stops.
pelicanstuff
Upload a save in the bugs forum so they can track down the problem and fix it! It's all very well people talking about bugs on the forums but you have to do this if you want them fixed!
Nezza
I'm not sure it is a bug, as I've only had it with the same 3rd party database that the OP is using (which wouldn't be supported in the bugs forum). I suspect it might be that the reputation of the added league is too low (or the teams at that level are too high rep), so although on one screen the board are happy with being top, they aren't happy on the other screen that the league they are top of is so low - hope that makes sense. This would explain why it went away in the second season after getting promotion.
pelicanstuff
It logically still shouldn't happen, no matter what the league rep. If it was a data error I could understand it not being supported but this is a bit more than that.
Nobby_McDonald
Hundon is in Suffolk. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hundon And regarding what you perceive as a bug... is it that Hundon are in one county league and a different county cup? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cambridgeshire_Football_Association_County_League http://www.suffolkfa.com/FixturesAndResults/SuffolkFACups/SeniorCup/?js=1&tab=results They've been entered into the correct competitions. If it is regarding Chelsea playing in a county cup, it is not a bug with the game, it is because of one of two reasons. 1. The database hasn't been set up properly. 2. You haven't followed the instructions correctly when downloading or setting up your game. You'll need to go into the thread where you downloaded it from. If it's regarding the overall confidence where it is precarious, I would suggest that it is something conflict between the boxed/Steam and patched game and the edited database you are using, though I am no expert on this matter.
