Magicz
I'm currently playing as Manchester United in the second season. I won the premier league on goal difference in the first season, thanks to results on the final day, and got to the semi final of the ECC. I'm now in the second season and I just lost to Sunderland 1-0 after a 12 game unbeaten run. Arsenal, in second, have been on a 10 game unbeaten run and they lost to Wigan 2-1 in the same weekend. This has happened to me before and, while I'm not complaining, I do find it ruins the skill of stringing results together. What about you?
bigtris
Unfortunately that's football for you..........just look at Chelski, had a great start to the league but crashed against Sunderland. Just to get over it and try to string another unbeaten run.
Magicz
Yeah I'm gonna try. I beat AC Milan 6-1 and Chelsea 2-0 this season and my last game was a 4-1 win against Omonia in the ECC.
Maidel
Im not sure what you point is? Is it that they both lost in the same weekend, or that they both lost to weaker opposition?
Magicz
My point is that, every weekend I lose Chelsea or Arsenal lose. Every time I win so do they. It seems banded...
Maidel
You mean just like a few weeks ago where all of the top four lost or drew in the same week? It happens, and by your own numbers it cant always happen because you said you were on a 12 game unbeaten run and arsenal were on a 10 game unbeaten run - thus, 10 games ago you won/drew and arsenal lost. Sorry to be a bit blunt, but we only notice it when the coincidences happen, not when they dont.
Robioto
It's just you IMO.
Magicz
Fair enough. I just thought I'd ask and see if it happened to other people. Thanks for replies
urbanjunkie
It's a problem if you play 10 seasons and it happens every single time in each of the 10 seasons.
