edgar555
Determination, discipline, motivation, man management, JPA, JPP, Tactical knowledge are the main ones for me. I also look for someone who's favoured tactic/styles are the same/similiar to mine. Depending on your level you may need to compromise on some of those. Riffraff
I go for the following: Judging Player Ability Judging Player Potential (both useful to have an accurate rating of your team) Tactical Knowledge (to get accurate 'Opposition instructions') Man management and Motivating (if I intend to do some holidaying during the season)
AcidBurn
I go for the following:Judging Player Ability Judging Player Potential (both useful to have an accurate rating of your team) Tactical Knowledge (to get accurate 'Opposition instructions') Man management and Motivating (if I intend to do some holidaying during the season) That is spot on, I always look for these stats and discipline is a bonus as I like to be tough on the players.
