SteveDM
I'm managing an Irish First Division team who only allow me to scout Southern Ireland which is fine except I'm English and my best scout is Norther Irish and we both have top knowledge of our respective area. Do your board ever extend where you can search?
Nottingham Forest
YH they do sometimes but I think for it to be increased, your rep, success and what division you are in matter.
CRCameron
I'm guessing how much money you have would come into it as well. I suppose one of the main reasons your board wouldn't want you sending scouts all over the world is it will cost too much.
Trents
It all comes with success. You be able to recruit more scouts and send them further away.
Thebaker
money plays a huge part, if you have a lot you can scout further afield. Reputation also influeunces where you can scout so if you get promoted you will be able to scout more countries. more scouts and coaches only come with more rep.
