Absent

When looking through my players, I noticed an icon ''Abs'' ..

I have to say this is the first time I see such an icon. Does it indicate that the player hasn't arrived to that particular club's training?

He probably was homesick and was sent on leave. The reason should be on his profile.

I don't there is a status for missed training? Feel free to correct that. Ususally you get a message saying someone has missed training.

I agree with the above person, probably been sent on absent, i usually see this with new players who miss their homeland.

I think before players could go awol in the game on previous versions but have not seen it on recent versions. The only thing I can think of is you sent them on leave.

I've only ever seen that when I send a player on leave because they're homesick so I'd imagine that's the cause.

Maybe an assistant manager could do that as well for your players if you took a holiday, or for a junior/reserve squad that they're managing?
