Neji Posted June 28, 2010 Share Posted June 28, 2010 Make sure you warn and/or fine players for poor performances, missing training or getting sent off. Be careful not to overdo it though as their complain could become the opposite. I usually warn the first time a player does something bad, if they do it again, fine a weeks wages, if they do it a third time, fine two weeks wages.
