edgar555 Posted June 1, 2010 Share Posted June 1, 2010 Here's my problem. My current captain is a club legend but last season really couldn't justify his place in the team on a regular basis. His legend status and tutor skills mean he is again staying with us and will get only minimal game time. However everyone loves him and I'm scared that changing to a new captain (I'm at the start of the 3rd season and have been prompted to name this years, I'm not just randomly changing) may have a negative effect on the squad. Last years vice captain was basically captain last season and it didn't seem to have an impact so should I stick with the status quo or should I change? I don't think it makes much difference who is wearing the armband on the pitch, my captain and vice-captain are both in my reserves, yet I still comfortably win trophies.
