Coaching stars Fm 2010

Hey

I cant find anyone in my game that can do tactical training over 2 and a half stars.

I scout all the guys with the best combinations of tactical-discipline-determination-motivation and theyre always useless.

Whats the hidden factor im missing?

Search for the FM2009 formula in 9.3, it's exactly the same for higher stars in 2010 with 5* = the old 7*, 4.5* = the old 6* etc.

It's not... To get 5 star coaches you'll need mental/motivation too (determination was already needed in 09) above the other stats. I used the formula and some ended up with just 3,5 stars, mental stats are important now for stars.

Just plug in the necessary stats and it will tell you how many stars for each category a coach is going to give you.
