Administrators Lucas Posted January 9, 2010 Administrators Share Posted January 9, 2010 This seems to be given out whenever a new patch is released. Any particular reasons why?

Flukey
From the 10.2 sticky "As always the patch is save game compatible, so you can carry on your current save after adding the patch. However some changes (such as competition changes or changes in the game database) will only take place when you start a new game." So I get the impression, with all patches, it is only raw data changes that you need to start a new game for.
