Majority loans I am setting (cash up front), are being cancelled just before they are completed. The other team cancels it for the reason "Has sights on other targets", but when I offer the player out again, they then make a new bid for the player despite cancelling the deal before. Bug or not? jimmyt86 Posted November 6, 2009 Share Posted November 6, 2009 I am pretty sure when it says 'has set sights on other targets' it basically means they do not have enough money to complete the transfer. So the manager will still try and sign him and hope the board give him a little extra to complete the deal or refinance from their wage budget. Hope this helps.
