J lambden Posted October 14, 2009 Share Posted October 14, 2009 Anybody know or want to hazard a guess at what the budgets for clubs like Notts County, Man City and Portsmouth will be? Seeing as all 3 clubs now have a fair bit of money (Well Man City we know they do but i'm a bit unsure about the others ) , will all 3 have loads of money to spend in the new game?. AND, can anybody from SI tell us how they actually decide on the budgets and the financial details of the clubs on the game?
