For instance, i'm currently in the 2010/11 season and i'm already managing my fifth club! I started out at Leicester, then took over Preston, then went to Wigan, then to Motherwell, and now I manage Sevilla. Am I weird, or does anyone else move club from season to season? docklanders Posted August 27, 2009 Share Posted August 27, 2009 I had the same problem, until i realised its not the same thing week in week out, even if you are dominant in every competition, the best thing to do is set your own goals/targets. For example: Win a competition with players only aged 19 or under, stay unbeaten in one or all competitions for 15 matches, don't concede in 10, sell your whole first 11 and replace them in the transfer market or with your reserves or youth, the list goes on .
