isuckatfm Posted August 16, 2009 Share Posted August 16, 2009 Try disabling your antivirus software before running the patch exe. Don't forget to turn it back on. As a wild guess, check Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete) > Processes tab to see if fm.exe is possibly still running as I have a vague recollection of this causing problems for others. Also google vista "sharing violation" as there may be common causes for the same error with programs other than FM. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
