Teezy.
I would think so, why wouldnt they? Because they are technically not an English team. But yes, they do qualify.

Teezy.
Not enlgish but they are in the football league. But they're still Welsh. This came up in real life when Cardiff got to the final of the F.A. Cup a year or so ago. There was lots of uncertainty until Platini came out and said they would be allowed to participate in Europe if they won. dafuge
I think they have always qualified in FM, although the rules in real life stated that they wouldn't. Saying that though, when Cardiff had a chance of qualifying last year, the FA were prepared to allow them in.
Elrithral
Not enlgish but they are in the football league. The question is being asked because of the fuss made when Cardiff played in and had a chance of winning the FA Cup, two years ago. There was a big kerfuffle about rules etc.
erik86
Ah ok, thats a bit unfair! Good that they would be allowed as it would be well deserved.

BenArsenal
I think they should be allowed, even though the rules say they don't.
reflection22
I had a game with Cardiff on FM09 and regularly qualified for the Champions League by finishing in the top 4 or winning the Premiership.
