swisso Posted June 5, 2009 Share Posted June 5, 2009 Just keep praising them saying they make a great Coach/Scout/Manager and eventually when they're retiring, the option is there under a new contract to offer a Staff Role if they've decided to stay in the game. If you miss this, they'll eventually be released from the Club with this Staff Role, so you'll need to sign them back quickly before others do. Eles Gergo Posted June 5, 2009 Share Posted June 5, 2009 watch out in the personal section at the player sheet there are some statements when they reach a certain age 34 -35-36 depends where the players states he wants to be a coach ,manager , scout etc then you should praise them saying he would become a good........ and if your lucky he will pick up the stats for the given job Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...
