Players cant motivate..

How can I get players to be motivated for me?

I seem to get the same message all the time

"Some players arn't motivated playing for you"

Improve you reputation

Win Matches, Cups, Leagues etc. etc.

But thats what I do..

I win matches, I've got Leicester promoted to Premier League..

I just dunno what to do .. :S

I had my first goalkeeper loose his motivation to play for me once I brought in a new, younger keeper. His reason was my reputation, even though I'm world-class.. Might be a bug.

I praised a player (a pretty mediocre one) too much, and he lost respect for me and couldn't be motivated to play for me, even when I was winning European titles and he was only still in the squad for sentimental reasons, because he thought I was a soft touch. I had to "expect a performance" from him every match for about three years before he got over it.

Could it be down to his personality as well? Maybe he doesnt have very high professionalism

Sounds like they don't respect you because of your reputation. Did you start off as a Sunday league player?

I can't take those sort of comments very seriously . Every week my ass man tells me a different player is having troble blending into the squad. I could take it on board if it was the same player every week and that he was unhappy, but he just seems to pick out random players with this comment.
