Fieldsy
Can someone explain to me what is the point of making this decision. Obviously, sending to the specialist is the answer as it is a quicker recovery and helps prevent long term problems. The physio takes significantly longer. Why would anyone choose the physio option? Is there any point in having it there?
DanGLiverpool
I suppose if you are a poor club, the physio would be a cheaper option.
Cardiovascular
I'm not sure if this is implemented into the game, but the specialist would cost money for treatment and stuff.
docklanders
specialists cost a LOT more

The Major
It could be to catch you out. If you don't even have a physio at the club any more (because they retired without consulting you )and make the wrong decision it can have costly effects. Keeps you on your toes, but 'part from that I'm not sure.
