dking
Im managing liverpool and yes i do know that there is high expectations at a big club but the board want me to win everything every season. minimum win prem, champs league and fa cup. is this realistic? im not so sure. challenge for all 3 yes,but to win all 3 every year is a bit silly i think. is this the same at all big clubs? as i have only tried liverpool so far. La Furia Roja
i dont think it is too unrealistic, i would think the rl board would be wanting nothing less, but you are probably right if they, say sacked you for not doing a treble

maxmaxtim
you've gotta think ithat its pretty realistic. Rafa probabaly sat down with the board pre season and the board stressed that with the money hes spent and so on and so forth that winning all competitions wasn't impossible. I think you've gotta read between the lines, if it says it wants you to win the competition you have to look as though you could win it. Ifyou dont, you wont get sacked, and the board will lower their expectations. I think its more them hoping that 100% demanding it.
