SI have seemed to buck their ideas up about this issue, so I'd say they wont make the same mistake again for '10. And it's seven months away still, maybe you could get a new graphics card by then. Well, the answer is that they did go to some lengths to fix that issue, including buying a whole load of older and different graphics card from eBay to test them on their computers with FM09 iirc. From where i bought my copy from they said no refund was ever going to be given because the shop didnt know if i had used up all the 5 DRM install thingys.
