Need some Irish and British players for Man City first season

Decided to start as Man City and am only allowing my self to sign British and Irish players. So far I have signed the following.

Matt Derbyshire - £7 million

Stewart Downing - £10 million

Lescott - £10 million

Ramsey - £2.5 million

John Fleck - 575k compo.

Kevin Doyle - £9 million

I know some of the prices are inflated but I do not care just want some good young talent. I have £20 million left but this could rise to £30 million after selling players. Could do with a reserve GK as backup for Hart and maybe a CB and DM. Any ideas?

GK.. i'd wait until January/End of the season and go in for Ben Foster, who usually gets unhappy. Quality GK. Get P.Edwards for the future.

CB.. British is really tricky first season. You have Dunne, Richards, Corluka, Onouha, Lescott who can all play here?

DM.. F.Muamba from Birmingham, will cost you a fair bit though.

Be sure to get K.Bartley, H.Lansbury, J.Wilshere and R.Murphy from Arsenal asap.

Looking to get Foster soon as possible. Barry will cost £20 million though thats way to much and they wont lower the price. I edited Ramsey to have a -9 PA, I always make a few adjustments to the game but appart from him and Howson going to a -9 everything else is the same.

Is Fabien Brandy from Man Utd worth a bid? looks promising.
