I want that host to need to qualify for the championship Looking at the Advanced Rules my educated guess would be that I ignore the Host in the picking of the qualifiying teams. An alternative would be to have it run in qualification, but ignore it in the final results. This is similar what was done for EC2016 with France. But how do I choose the host? As the Host needs to be known before the first round of qualifying starts it should be a stage before the first qualifying round, probably one that is hidden (I think?)
